31 Days of Hope Day 17

 Starting today I am going to take the letters in the word HOPE and use one letter a day and by Wednesday (day 20) we will have more depth to the word!  Let me encourage you to write these scriptures on an index card and post them where you can see them through out your day.

H is for healing.  There is Hope for healing!  I praise the Lord for the healing in my life. There is hope in healing all of the physical and emotional wounds in our life. Jesus is our Jehovah Rophe which means Jesus will heal me!  

Remember sometimes healing comes in a different way than we expect (or want), however we have to trust the healing, that is God's will. God's will is perfect;  And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.  Romans 12:2

O LORD my God, I cried to You for help, and You healed me. O LORD, You have brought up my soul from Sheol ; You have kept me alive, that I would not go down to the pit. Psalm 30:2-3

The LORD is near to the brokenhearted And saves those who are crushed in spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the LORD delivers him out of them all.  Psalm 34:18-19

He heals the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3

 

But He was pierced through for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; The chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, And by His scourging we are healed. Isaiah 53:5

Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much.  James 5:16
